Data Deletion Request

upsa respects your right to have your data deleted. You can request deletion of your account and personal data using either of the methods below.

1. Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)

  • Open the upsa app.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Tap "Delete Account".
  • Confirm — your account is deactivated instantly.

2. Option 2: Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to [email protected] from the address associated with your account, with subject "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

3. What Gets Deleted

  • Profile information (name, email).
  • All photos and enhancement history.
  • Notification tokens and preferences.

4. Minimum Retained Record

For anti-fraud compliance, deleted accounts retain an anonymized minimal marker (user ID, deletion timestamp) in a restricted form. This cannot be used to identify you and is not shared with anyone.

5. Timing

Your account is deactivated immediately upon request and all data becomes inaccessible.
