2. Service Description

upsa is an AI-powered photo enhancement service provided "As-Is". Results are not guaranteed to be flawless.

3. Credit System

• Pay-as-you-go: No subscription, buy credits in packages.
• Dynamic pricing: Credits calculated based on resolution.
• Refunds: Only for system-level technical failures.
• First purchase bonus: +10% extra credits.
• Free campaign: First 150 users get 5 credits free (capacity grows by +10 per purchase).

4. Prohibited Content

Nudity, violence, hate speech or illegal content is prohibited. Credits spent on flagged content are non-refundable.

5. Disclaimer

• Quality depends on the original photo.
• Photos are deleted after 48 hours.
• Infrastructure delays are limited to credit refund liability.

6. Changes

upsa reserves the right to update terms and pricing without prior notice.
