Our services are not intended for users under 13. We will delete any such data immediately.

2. Photo & Face Data Processing (Zero-Retention)

Uploaded photos, which may contain faces, are processed only temporarily during the AI enhancement and solely to produce the requested image. We do not perform facial recognition or create any biometric identifier. Enhanced photos are kept on our servers for at most 48 hours so you can download them, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted. No face data is shared for any purpose other than producing your requested image, and it is never used for advertising or AI training.

3. Data Collected

• Basic profile info from Apple or Google sign-in.
• Anonymous technical data for performance.

4. Content Safety

Automated content moderation is used. Inappropriate content may be rejected.

5. Ads & Your First Purchase

upsa shows ads in the free experience through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may use your device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) and share limited data with advertising partners; on iOS, ads are personalized only if you allow tracking when asked.
