Galatasaray Star
Step onto the pitch as a next-gen Galatasaray footballer.

What it does
Galatasaray Star re-renders a single photo as a next-generation PlayStation 5 football game character on a floodlit derby-night pitch — while keeping your real face intact.
When to use it
- Make a profile picture that looks like you starring in a AAA football video game
- Surprise a Galatasaray fan with themselves on a floodlit derby-night pitch
- Create shareable content for matchday posts and football group chats
- Give a friend or family member a personalised footballer poster
- Turn a kid's photo into their dream of playing for Galatasaray
- Produce eye-catching visuals for fan accounts and football communities
When not to use it
- Keeping the original everyday clothing or background — the whole scene is replaced
- Group photos — the model works best with a single clearly visible person
- Producing official or licensed Galatasaray club merchandise
- Photos where the face is small, blurry, turned away or heavily obstructed
How it works
The model reads your uploaded photo as the strict identity source and locks onto your facial features so they stay intact. It then rebuilds the rest of the frame around that face: your body is re-rendered as an athletic footballer mid-action, your clothing becomes a Galatasaray home kit, and the background becomes a vast, floodlit derby-night stadium. The whole scene is rendered with physically based materials and cinematic lighting so it reads as a next-gen football game screenshot rather than a pasted-on filter.

Frequently asked questions
Will the player still look like me?
Yes — that is the core of this model. Your photo is used as the strict identity source, so your face, proportions, skin tone, features and expression are preserved. The footballer on the pitch is recognisably you, not a generic character.
Can I keep my original clothes or background?
No. Galatasaray Star replaces the whole scene by design. Your clothing becomes a Galatasaray home kit and the background becomes a floodlit stadium — the transformation is the point. Only your facial identity is carried across.
Does it add scoreboards, HUD or game menus?
No. The result is deliberately clean and cinematic — no stamina bars, scoreboards, HUD, minimaps or UI overlays. It looks like an in-engine game screenshot, not a gameplay interface.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where your face is sharp, front-facing and unobstructed gives the strongest result. Avoid heavy shadows, sunglasses or anything covering the face, so the identity can be preserved cleanly.
Why is part of my photo cropped?
Results are produced in a 4:5 portrait frame to suit the cinematic gameplay composition. If your source photo has a very different shape, some edges may be cropped to fit that frame.
Can I use the result commercially?
Yes — generated images on upsa are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. We recommend you keep the consent and rights to the source photo as well, since the output preserves the identity in it.
How long are my photos stored?
Source uploads and generated results are stored for 48 and then automatically deleted from upsa's storage. We don't train any model on your photos.
AI results vary
Each generation uses a different random seed, so your result may not exactly match the example shown. If the first try doesn't fit what you had in mind, run it again — output differs noticeably between runs.
