Frozen World
Every surface recast in translucent ice and refractive crystal.

What it does
Frozen World recasts your photo as a cinematic ice scene — subject and surroundings rendered in translucent crystal, with composition and identity preserved.
When to use it
- Striking, gift-worthy portraits recast as elegant ice sculpture
- Cinematic profile pictures and avatars with a cold, premium look
- Seasonal and winter-themed social posts and announcements
- Album art, posters, and editorial visuals with a frozen aesthetic
- Creative reinterpretations of landscapes, interiors, and architecture
- Concept and mood imagery for design, fashion, or branding projects
When not to use it
- Photos where the original colors and materials must stay realistic
- Documents, product shots, or images that must stay literally accurate
- Very dark or low-resolution sources where detail is hard to recover
- Cartoon, anime, or heavy fantasy-magic looks — this is realistic ice only
How it works
Frozen World reads your uploaded photo and rebuilds every surface in it as ice and crystal while holding the original composition in place. It maps your subject's pose, face, and clothing contours into translucent frozen forms, and recasts the surrounding environment into matching crystalline structures. Realistic ice physics — refraction, subsurface scattering, internal fractures, and frosted edges — are applied throughout, and cold cinematic lighting is added to tie the scene together. The output is a single high-resolution PNG.

Frequently asked questions
Will I still be recognizable after the transformation?
Yes. Frozen World keeps your pose, silhouette, facial structure, and hairstyle intact, rendering them through realistic frozen translucency rather than replacing them. Your subject stays recognizable — only the material changes, not the identity.
Is this a fantasy ice-kingdom effect?
No. Frozen World aims for physically believable ice and crystal — refraction, subsurface scattering, frosted edges, and cold lighting. It deliberately avoids cartoon snow worlds, glowing magic, and exaggerated fantasy castles in favor of a restrained, cinematic look.
Does it change my pose or the background layout?
No. The composition, camera angle, and arrangement of the scene are preserved. Frozen World transforms the materials of everything in the frame — your subject and the environment — but the structure and layout of the original photo stay the same.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo with a recognizable subject and a readable background gives the strongest result. Very dark, blurry, or low-resolution sources leave less detail for the ice and crystal rendering to work with.
What aspect ratio does the result use?
Frozen World outputs in a 4:5 portrait format. If your source photo has a different shape, it will be framed to fit 4:5, so keep the important parts of the scene away from the extreme edges.
Can I use the result commercially?
Yes — generated images on upsa are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. We recommend you keep the consent and rights to the source photo as well, since the output preserves the identity in it.
How long are my photos stored?
Source uploads and generated results are stored for 48 and then automatically deleted from upsa's storage. We don't train any model on your photos.
AI results vary
Each generation uses a different random seed, so your result may not exactly match the example shown. If the first try doesn't fit what you had in mind, run it again — output differs noticeably between runs.
