Fluffy Toy
Your whole photo, restitched in soft plush — you included.
Upload a single clear subject on a plain background.

What it does
Repaints every part of your photo — face, hair, clothes and the room around you — as premium stitched plush, while pose and identity stay exactly the same.
When to use it
- Turn a portrait into an adorable plush version of yourself to share
- Make a couple or family photo into a matching set of cuddly toys
- Create a soft, gift-ready keepsake from a favorite memory
- Give pet-and-owner photos a cohesive plush toy look
- Design cute, cohesive avatars and profile pictures
- Reimagine a whole room or scene as a cozy toy diorama
When not to use it
- Keeping the photo looking like a real, untouched photograph
- Changing your pose, outfit design or background layout
- Adding new characters, props or text that weren't in the original
- Sharp document, ID or product shots that must stay literal
How it works
Upload a photo and Fluffy Toy reads the full scene — people, clothing, background and lighting — then repaints every surface as soft plush fabric in a single pass. It locks onto your pose, framing and each person's identity so the result stays recognizably yours, then layers in fuzzy fibers, padded forms and subtle stitching everywhere. You get one polished image with the whole world turned cuddly.

Frequently asked questions
Will I still be recognizable as a plush toy?
Yes. Fluffy Toy keeps your facial structure, proportions, expression and age impression with high fidelity, so the result clearly reads as you. Your features are rebuilt in soft plush material rather than replaced.
Does it change my pose or the background?
No. Your pose, framing, camera angle and the layout of the room all stay exactly as they were. Only the material changes — everything is re-rendered as soft toy fabric in place.
Will it add or remove anything from my photo?
No. It won't invent new objects, characters or text, and it won't delete what's already there. Every existing element is simply translated into the plush toy look.
What kind of photo works best?
Clear, well-lit shots with visible faces and surroundings work best. Detailed scenes shine because furniture, walls and props all become part of the same cuddly world.
Can I use the result commercially?
Yes — generated images on upsa are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. We recommend you keep the consent and rights to the source photo as well, since the output preserves the identity in it.
How long are my photos stored?
Source uploads and generated results are stored for 48 and then automatically deleted from upsa's storage. We don't train any model on your photos.
AI results vary
Each generation uses a different random seed, so your result may not exactly match the example shown. If the first try doesn't fit what you had in mind, run it again — output differs noticeably between runs.
