What it does

Reconstructs your subject from millions of glowing white particles on pure black, keeping the silhouette unmistakable.

Particle Cloud takes your photo apart and rebuilds it from light. Instead of skin, fabric, and surfaces, your subject emerges from millions of tiny white particles scattered across a pure black void — a portrait that reads like a digital sculpture made of pure data. The effect keeps what matters and discards the rest. Your composition, framing, pose, proportions, and viewing direction stay exactly as you shot them, so the result is instantly recognizable. Everything else — texture, color, material — dissolves into point clouds, voxels, and drifting micro-particles. Depth comes from density, not shading. Dense regions glow with soft bloom and pull forward; sparse areas fade into the dark, and floating particles add atmosphere around the form. The closer you look, the more the structure reveals itself as scattered points rather than solid surfaces. The palette is strict: pure black and pure white, nothing in between bending toward color. That restraint is the whole point — extreme contrast, cinematic negative space, and an ultra-minimal frame that feels equal parts museum installation and computational design study. It works best on a clear subject with a strong silhouette — a portrait, a figure, a defined object. Give it good separation from the background and Particle Cloud rewards you with a striking, gallery-grade reconstruction.

When to use it

  • Striking monochrome portraits that read as digital sculpture
  • Profile photos and avatars with a futuristic, high-contrast look
  • Album, poster, and cover art built around a single bold figure
  • Abstract wall art and prints with a generative-design feel
  • Tech, AI, or data-themed visuals for decks and branding
  • Experimental social posts that stand out in a feed

When not to use it

  • Photos where you need realistic skin, color, or fine texture preserved
  • Busy scenes with no clear subject or silhouette to anchor on
  • Documents, product shots, or images that must stay literal and legible
  • Low-contrast images where the subject blends into the background

How it works

Upload a photo with a clear subject and a strong silhouette. The model maps your composition, then reconstructs the figure entirely from white particles on a pure black field — denser where the form is solid, sparser at the edges where it dissolves into floating points. Your framing, pose, and proportions are preserved, while texture and color are replaced by particle density and soft bloom. You get back a high-resolution monochrome reconstruction in seconds.

Frequently asked questions

Will my subject still be recognizable?

Yes. Particle Cloud keeps your composition, silhouette, pose, and proportions intact, so the subject stays clearly recognizable. It only changes how the form is rendered — from solid surfaces to clouds of white particles.

Why is everything black and white?

Strict monochrome is the core of the style. The model uses only pure black and pure white so contrast and particle density carry the whole image. There are no color accents by design.

Will it add or invent objects?

No. It reconstructs only what is already in your photo and drops backgrounds and clutter into the black void. It won't add scenery, props, text, or decorative elements.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear subject with a strong silhouette and good separation from the background. Portraits and well-defined figures or objects give the cleanest, most dramatic results.

Will my photo be cropped?

Your original framing and composition are preserved, so the result follows the shape of what you upload rather than re-cropping your subject.

Can I use the result commercially?

Yes — generated images on upsa are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. We recommend you keep the consent and rights to the source photo as well, since the output preserves the identity in it.

How long are my photos stored?

Source uploads and generated results are stored for 48 and then automatically deleted from upsa's storage. We don't train any model on your photos.

AI results vary

Each generation uses a different random seed, so your result may not exactly match the example shown. If the first try doesn't fit what you had in mind, run it again — output differs noticeably between runs.
