How it works
Upload a photo with a clear subject and a strong silhouette. The model maps your composition, then reconstructs the figure entirely from white particles on a pure black field — denser where the form is solid, sparser at the edges where it dissolves into floating points. Your framing, pose, and proportions are preserved, while texture and color are replaced by particle density and soft bloom. You get back a high-resolution monochrome reconstruction in seconds.

Will my subject still be recognizable?
Yes. Particle Cloud keeps your composition, silhouette, pose, and proportions intact, so the subject stays clearly recognizable. It only changes how the form is rendered — from solid surfaces to clouds of white particles.
Why is everything black and white?
Strict monochrome is the core of the style. The model uses only pure black and pure white so contrast and particle density carry the whole image. There are no color accents by design.
Will it add or invent objects?
No. It reconstructs only what is already in your photo and drops backgrounds and clutter into the black void. It won't add scenery, props, text, or decorative elements.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear subject with a strong silhouette and good separation from the background. Portraits and well-defined figures or objects give the cleanest, most dramatic results.
Will my photo be cropped?
Your original framing and composition are preserved, so the result follows the shape of what you upload rather than re-cropping your subject.
Can I use the result commercially?
Yes — generated images on upsa are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. We recommend you keep the consent and rights to the source photo as well, since the output preserves the identity in it.
How long are my photos stored?
Source uploads and generated results are stored for 48 and then automatically deleted from upsa's storage. We don't train any model on your photos.

Each generation uses a different random seed, so your result may not exactly match the example shown. If the first try doesn't fit what you had in mind, run it again — output differs noticeably between runs.
