Will I still look like myself?
Yes. Your identity, facial structure, proportions, age impression, hairstyle and skin tone are preserved with high accuracy. Only your pose, gaze, clothing and surroundings are rebuilt for the stadium scene.
Can I create different versions for different countries?
Yes — that's the point. You pick a national team before each generation, so the same portrait can become a supporter of many different countries, each with its own colors, flags and crowd.
How do the country colors work?
When you pick a national team, the fans, flags, scarves and clothing around you take on that nation's colors and visual identity, so the whole section reads as supporters of your chosen country.
Will there be any logos, badges or text in the image?
No. The model deliberately avoids readable text, official tournament logos, federation badges, club crests and sponsor branding. National identity is shown through colors and flag shapes instead.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit portrait where your face is fully visible and not blocked. Front or three-quarter angles both work; your pose will be rebuilt anyway.
Why doesn't the result keep my original pose or background?
By design. Your face would look pasted-in if the original pose were kept, so the model rebuilds your body language, gaze and surroundings to match a real spectator caught during live play.
Can I use the result commercially?
Yes — generated images on upsa are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. We recommend you keep the consent and rights to the source photo as well, since the output preserves the identity in it.
How long are my photos stored?
Source uploads and generated results are stored for 48 and then automatically deleted from upsa's storage. We don't train any model on your photos.

Each generation uses a different random seed, so your result may not exactly match the example shown. If the first try doesn't fit what you had in mind, run it again — output differs noticeably between runs.
