What it does

Wizarding Portrait recreates your photo as an elite magical academy student — your real face preserved, and every run randomly sorts you into one of four houses.

Wizarding Portrait reimagines your photograph as a student at a prestigious magical academy, captured in the cinematic spirit of a beloved wizarding world. The result looks like a genuine live-action film still — as if you had simply been photographed on a different day, standing in ancient castle corridors and dressed for class. The heart of this model is identity. Your exact facial proportions, eye shape and spacing, nose, lips, jawline, cheekbones, hairline, skin texture and natural asymmetry are all preserved. Pose, head angle, gaze and framing may shift naturally — the way they would in any new photo — but the person looking back is unmistakably you, never an AI-drifted stranger. The surprise is the sorting. Every single generation places you into one of the four academy houses at random — the bold crimson-and-gold house, the cunning emerald-and-silver house, the clever navy-and-bronze house, or the warm gold-and-black house. You never choose; the model decides. The house it picks shapes your robe accents, scarf, tie, the embroidered crest on your chest and even the mood of the light around you. Run it again and you may be sorted somewhere new. You are dressed in a premium academy robe of heavy dark wool, layered with a refined shirt, tie and cinematic scarf, an official embroidered house crest over the chest, and a handcrafted wooden wand held naturally in one hand. Gothic stone halls, candlelit libraries and dark-academia interiors fall away into soft depth of field behind you, lit with warm, physically believable cinematic light rather than glowing effects. Wizarding Portrait is made for fans who want a portrait that feels real instead of cartoonish — no fantasy armor, no neon magic, no costume-shop plastic. It is ideal for profile pictures, themed gifts, fan keepsakes and house-reveal moments shared with friends. Upload a clear, well-lit photo of one person and let the academy decide where you belong.

When to use it

  • Profile pictures with a cinematic magical-academy theme
  • House-reveal posts where the model decides your house for you
  • Themed gifts and keepsakes for fans of the wizarding genre
  • Group sets where each friend gets sorted into a different house
  • Fan-style portraits that still look like a genuine photograph
  • A costume-free alternative to dressing up for events and socials

When not to use it

  • Photos with several people — upload one clear subject at a time
  • Choosing a specific house on demand; the house is always randomized
  • Full-body action or spell-casting scenes; this is a composed portrait
  • Low-resolution, blurry or heavily filtered source photos

How it works

Wizarding Portrait reads the face in your uploaded photo and locks onto its precise structure — proportions, features, skin texture and natural imperfections. It then rebuilds the scene around that preserved identity: a wool academy robe with an embroidered house crest, a carved wooden wand, and an atmospheric castle setting rendered with cinematic lighting. Before each run, one of the four houses is chosen at random, and its colors and heraldry flow through the wardrobe and the environment. The output is a single ultra-realistic portrait that looks photographed rather than illustrated.

Frequently asked questions

Will it still look like me?

Yes. Identity is the highest priority of this model — your exact facial proportions, features, skin texture and natural asymmetry are preserved. Pose and framing may change like in any new photo, but the face stays unmistakably yours, never an AI-drifted stranger.

Can I choose which house I get?

No — and that is intentional. Every generation randomly sorts you into one of the four academy houses, just like the story. The chosen house decides your robe accents, scarf, tie and crest. Run it again for a chance at a different house.

Will there be glowing magic effects or fantasy armor?

No. The magic stays subtle and believable — it lives in the architecture, robes, embroidered crest and cinematic lighting, not in neon glows or exaggerated effects. You get a grounded, film-still look rather than fantasy CGI.

What photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo of one person with the whole face visible and in focus. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses and group shots — the sharper and more natural the source, the stronger the likeness.

What size and shape is the result?

Every result is a single 4:5 portrait, framed like a formal academy yearbook photo. If your source photo is a different shape, the composition is recomposed around your face to fit the portrait crop.

Can I use the result commercially?

Yes — generated images on upsa are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. We recommend you keep the consent and rights to the source photo as well, since the output preserves the identity in it.

How long are my photos stored?

Source uploads and generated results are stored for 48 and then automatically deleted from upsa's storage. We don't train any model on your photos.

AI results vary

Each generation uses a different random seed, so your result may not exactly match the example shown. If the first try doesn't fit what you had in mind, run it again — output differs noticeably between runs.
