Wizarding Portrait
The same you — robed, wand in hand, and sorted into a random house.

What it does
Wizarding Portrait recreates your photo as an elite magical academy student — your real face preserved, and every run randomly sorts you into one of four houses.
When to use it
- Profile pictures with a cinematic magical-academy theme
- House-reveal posts where the model decides your house for you
- Themed gifts and keepsakes for fans of the wizarding genre
- Group sets where each friend gets sorted into a different house
- Fan-style portraits that still look like a genuine photograph
- A costume-free alternative to dressing up for events and socials
When not to use it
- Photos with several people — upload one clear subject at a time
- Choosing a specific house on demand; the house is always randomized
- Full-body action or spell-casting scenes; this is a composed portrait
- Low-resolution, blurry or heavily filtered source photos
How it works
Wizarding Portrait reads the face in your uploaded photo and locks onto its precise structure — proportions, features, skin texture and natural imperfections. It then rebuilds the scene around that preserved identity: a wool academy robe with an embroidered house crest, a carved wooden wand, and an atmospheric castle setting rendered with cinematic lighting. Before each run, one of the four houses is chosen at random, and its colors and heraldry flow through the wardrobe and the environment. The output is a single ultra-realistic portrait that looks photographed rather than illustrated.

Frequently asked questions
Will it still look like me?
Yes. Identity is the highest priority of this model — your exact facial proportions, features, skin texture and natural asymmetry are preserved. Pose and framing may change like in any new photo, but the face stays unmistakably yours, never an AI-drifted stranger.
Can I choose which house I get?
No — and that is intentional. Every generation randomly sorts you into one of the four academy houses, just like the story. The chosen house decides your robe accents, scarf, tie and crest. Run it again for a chance at a different house.
Will there be glowing magic effects or fantasy armor?
No. The magic stays subtle and believable — it lives in the architecture, robes, embroidered crest and cinematic lighting, not in neon glows or exaggerated effects. You get a grounded, film-still look rather than fantasy CGI.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo of one person with the whole face visible and in focus. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses and group shots — the sharper and more natural the source, the stronger the likeness.
What size and shape is the result?
Every result is a single 4:5 portrait, framed like a formal academy yearbook photo. If your source photo is a different shape, the composition is recomposed around your face to fit the portrait crop.
Can I use the result commercially?
Yes — generated images on upsa are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. We recommend you keep the consent and rights to the source photo as well, since the output preserves the identity in it.
How long are my photos stored?
Source uploads and generated results are stored for 48 and then automatically deleted from upsa's storage. We don't train any model on your photos.
AI results vary
Each generation uses a different random seed, so your result may not exactly match the example shown. If the first try doesn't fit what you had in mind, run it again — output differs noticeably between runs.
