Cartoon Hero
Your portrait, reborn as a larger-than-life 3D cartoon character.
Upload a clear, well-lit close-up of your face.

What it does
Re-renders your portrait as a hyper-detailed 3D cartoon character with exaggerated features and cinematic lighting, while keeping your identity intact.
When to use it
- Turn a selfie into a larger-than-life 3D animated movie character
- Create a bold, expressive profile picture for social media
- Make a playful cartoon avatar that still clearly looks like you
- Give friends and family their own animated-hero portraits
- Design eye-catching character art from an ordinary headshot
- Produce fun, shareable portraits with big, dramatic expressions
When not to use it
- Photos where you need the original realistic face and proportions kept
- Group shots or images with several faces competing for focus
- Dark, blurry or low-resolution photos with no clear, readable face
- Cases where a flat 2D cartoon or anime look is wanted instead of 3D
How it works
Cartoon Hero reads the face in your uploaded photo and rebuilds it as a three-dimensional cartoon character. It keeps your core likeness — bone structure, hairstyle and the character of your expression — then exaggerates features such as the eyes, brows and proportions into a stylized, animation-ready hero. The character is re-rendered with cinematic studio lighting, a clean dark background and hyper-detailed surface texture, then returned as a single centered close-up portrait. The whole process runs from one photo, with no manual sculpting or retouching needed.

Frequently asked questions
Will I still look like myself?
Yes. Cartoon Hero exaggerates your features into cartoon proportions but keeps your core likeness — bone structure, hairstyle and the character of your expression. You become a stylized 3D character version of yourself, not a generic mascot.
How exaggerated is the cartoon look?
It is a full character transformation, not a light filter. Eyes, brows, lips and proportions are pushed into a bold animation-style caricature, while the underlying anatomy stays believable so the result never looks broken or deformed.
Will it change my background or clothing?
The model places your character against a clean dark studio background with cinematic lighting, and renders clothing with realistic fabric texture. It focuses on the character itself and does not add extra objects, text or scenery.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit close-up photo with a single, easily readable face gives the strongest result. Group shots, very small faces, or dark and blurry images leave the model less detail to work from.
Will my photo be cropped or reframed?
Cartoon Hero delivers a centered character portrait with an ultra close-up, slightly low-angle framing. The output focuses tightly on the face and shoulders, so very wide or full-body source photos will be reframed around the head.
Can I use the result commercially?
Yes — generated images on upsa are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. We recommend you keep the consent and rights to the source photo as well, since the output preserves the identity in it.
How long are my photos stored?
Source uploads and generated results are stored for 48 and then automatically deleted from upsa's storage. We don't train any model on your photos.
AI results vary
Each generation uses a different random seed, so your result may not exactly match the example shown. If the first try doesn't fit what you had in mind, run it again — output differs noticeably between runs.
