What it does

Turns your photo into a premium 3D collectible plastic toy figure with glossy molded surfaces, subtle seam lines and clean joints. Pose, lighting and identity stay intact.

Toy Figure is a material transformation, not a stylization. Under the hood it runs the same generative edit pipeline as Recreate, but with a prompt locked onto a single job: take the exact photo — its subject, pose, camera angle, framing, proportions, lighting, shadows, and composition — and re-render it as a high-end 3D collectible plastic toy. Surfaces become ultra-smooth, glossy molded plastic with controlled specular highlights — the luxury figurine look you see on premium collector shelves. Skin turns into smooth synthetic plastic with no pores, while identity (face structure, hair shape, expression) is preserved exactly. Eyes become slightly glossy. Clothing is rebuilt as a coated, latex/rubberized material that keeps its exact design, folds, and structure — nothing is redesigned, only retextured. Realistic toy construction details are added with restraint: clean articulation joints at shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees, subtle seam lines, and very minimal face segmentation. Joints stay natural — never the cartoonish, exaggerated kind. The original lighting is preserved but refined into soft studio-like CGI: no HDR, no harsh contrast, no pink shift, no artificial color grading. The background stays identical, simplified into clean CGI with reduced texture noise so the figure reads as the hero. Use it for collector-style figurine portraits, premium gift cards, brand activations with a tactile collectible feel, kids' rooms, anniversary cards, family group "team" posters, and editorial visuals — anywhere a luxury collectible toy would feel right, but you only have a photograph.

When to use it

  • Collector-style figurine portraits ready to print and frame
  • Birthday and anniversary cards with a luxury collectible toy vibe
  • Brand activations with a tactile, premium-product feel
  • Kids' rooms — turn family photos into figurine wall art
  • Group photos turned into collectible "team" figure posters
  • Product imagery with a high-end studio CGI finish

When not to use it

  • Documentary or evidentiary use where photographic realism is required
  • Realistic skin texture (pores, fine wrinkles) — skin becomes synthetic plastic by design
  • High-contrast HDR looks or heavy stylization — the render is soft studio CGI
  • Designs that need to read as a photo, not as a collectible figurine

How it works

Toy Figure runs the same generative edit model as Recreate but with a prompt locked onto a high-end 3D collectible plastic toy render. Composition, camera angle, pose, scale, perspective, lighting, and shadows are preserved exactly. Surfaces become ultra-smooth glossy molded plastic with controlled specular highlights, subtle seam lines, and clean articulation joints at shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees. Skin becomes synthetic plastic preserving identity (no pores), eyes are slightly glossy, and clothing is rebuilt as a coated/rubberized material keeping its exact design. The lighting is refined into soft studio CGI (no HDR, no harsh contrast), and the background is simplified into clean studio CGI with reduced texture noise. Results typically return in about 15 seconds on GPU infrastructure.

Frequently asked questions

Will the composition or pose change?

No. The prompt locks composition, camera angle, framing, pose, scale, perspective, lighting and shadows. Only the materials of the world change — the same scene, re-rendered as a collectible toy.

Will faces still be recognizable?

Yes. Identity (face structure, hair shape, expression) is preserved exactly. Only the surface changes — skin becomes smooth synthetic plastic with no pores, eyes are slightly glossy.

Will the joints look like an exaggerated action figure?

No. Articulation joints at shoulders, elbows, hips and knees are clean and natural — the prompt explicitly forbids exaggerated joints or proportions.

Will I see realistic skin pores or fine wrinkles?

No. Skin becomes smooth synthetic plastic by design. Identity is kept, but the surface reads as a premium figurine, not as a real photograph.

Will the colors shift or look HDR?

No. Original colors are matched, with no pink shift and no artificial color grading. The lighting is refined into soft studio CGI — no HDR, no harsh contrast.

Can I print or use the result commercially?

Yes. The output is yours — no watermark, no branding. The model produces a collectible-toy-style render of your own photo.

Where are my photos stored?

Photos are processed temporarily and auto-deleted within 48 hours. We do not keep copies and we do not train models on your photos.

AI results vary

Each generation uses a different random seed, so your result may not exactly match the example shown. If the first try doesn't fit what you had in mind, run it again — output differs noticeably between runs.
